Webinar #4  Last free webinar in series!
Title:
Fitness for Transport

Date: Wednesday, March 31, 2010

10:00 am ET and 3:00 pm GST

Last free webinar in series!  After the March session, the webinar will be for members only or priced for non-members. Last chance to take advantage of the one-year free ATA membership offer as well.

Speakers - Dr. Walter Woolf and Dr. Gerard Meijer

Fitness to Transport - One of the most important aspects in the transport of animals is ensuring that the animal is actually fit to make the trip. An animal in good health and condition will experience less stress and is at lower risk for health issues resulting from transportation. Fitness for transport includes, but is not limited to, knowledge of pre-existing health conditions, vaccinations, soundness, proper nutrition and pre-conditioning to transport. Dr. Wolfe and Dr. Meijer will provide webinar participants with advice on preparing animals, both big and small, for transport.

Space is limited.
