Tips for Downloading
and Printing PDF files

When opening a file on screen, please be patient.  PDF files often take time to open.  If it looks like the program has stopped opening the file, clicking on the RELOAD or REFRESH button on your browser may help.

If you would prefer to download the file for viewing and printing later, right click to open the menu and click on SAVE TARGET AS or PRINT TARGET.

When printing, check printer setting to select MAXIMUM print area, if possible.  If not printing on a postscript or older printer, or the computer system is low on memory, some boxes may appear black.

If printer overruns memory, try changing the printers setting from VECTOR to RASTER graphics in the print setup.

If the printout contains garbage, your computer may be low on memory.  Try printing on another printer, printing from another computer or turning your printer off, rebooting and printing the file again.  Or try printing as an "image".
