
Exhibit OpportunitiesOnly a limited number of
exhibit spaces are available in Ft. Lauderdale Location: Exhibits will be located in the foyer outside the general sessions and registration areas. Breaks will also be held in the foyer area. Space: Consists of a covered table (1.83cm / 6’ long and 0.75cm / 30” wide) and 1 chair. The ceiling height varies depending upon the location. At the lowest point it is approx 2.25m (7.3') and at the highest, 4m (13'). The table may be removed for floor standing exhibits. Cost: Exhibit space is included in registration packages that also include 1, 2 or 3 conference registrations.
Registration Packages include exhibit space and are considered a "full conference registration". Therefore, it includes the Icebreaker Reception, 3 continental breakfasts, morning/afternoon breaks each day, 2 lunches, the Monday evening Awards Dinner as well as admittance to all conference sessions and handouts. Please note the Terms & Conditions for Exhibiting at ATA Conference, deadlines for advertising and the requirement for advance content review of CD's, DVD's and videos. By submitting a request to exhibit, each exhibitor is agreeing to comply with the terms outlined in the exhibit package.
